Company Meeting Notes

 For those who were not able to attend the company meeting today, I want to let you know that I announced that I'm stepping down as the theatre director at Lincoln at the end of this year.  Next year, I'll be teaching leadership half-time and taking a half-time leave to work on my mental and physical health.  It was a hard decision to come to, but a necessary one.

As I said at the meeting, I like to be on top of my own narrative and while I had only told a few colleagues, I heard word might be getting out so I wanted to get ahead of that.  I was open to any questions during the meeting and extent that here-- if you have questions about any of this feel free to ask me, otherwise know that you will all be in my heart for all time!
