Clarification on who is called.

Thank you for your patience as we move forward with this multi-layered process.  For the time being, if a post reads "Von Trapp Children" or "Maria" etc it means all people cast in those roles are called for rehearsal. During blocking rehearsals, when we are figuring out the stage movement, doubled roles will be on stage at the same time to learn the blocking. Eventually some run-throughs will be just for the Red or White cast. I'm still double-checking rehearsal conflicts before I set those two casts. As soon as I have worked out who is in the Red cast and who is in the White cast, I will clarify when we have those rehearsals for just one cast.  

For performances, all actors who are double-cast will need to be available each night of the show in the event of an emergency, but will not have to be physically present in the theatre the night of the show-- as long as they are within 10-15 minutes of getting to the theatre if needed.
